How can I contact Broadway Silver?

In the ‘Contact Us’ section of the website there is a pre-prepared email enquiry form which you can fill in and send to us. Alternatively, telephone us on + 44 (0) 121 360 0606 to speak to a salesperson.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce depending on the size of the order. You will be advised of the final delivery charge before shipping.

Do the products come with a guarantee?

Our products are of the highest standard. All of our items are marked with a Sterling Quality Hallmark. This is a widely recognised mark and indicates that the silver has met a certain standard and quality.

How do I pay for my goods?

This a Trade Only website. Simply use the website to place your order. You will receive an Invoice requesting payment before the goods are despatched. We accept payment by BACS, cheque and debit or credit card.

When should I expect delivery of my order?

If the items are in stock goods that have been sent via Special Delivery will be received the next day. For ParcelForce deliveries, allow up to two days. If you are unable to receive the delivery the courier will leave a card explaining where the package will be kept and how you can obtain it. Some items are made to order and we will advise the expected delivery date by phone or email.

Is VAT included in the price?

For orders placed within the U.K. the goods will be charged at the current rate of 20%. As this is a Trade Only website VAT is added to the listed price of the goods when the order is placed.

How can I return or exchange an unwanted item?

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liablity to you unless you notify us at our contact address of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. You must return the goods to us unused and in their original packaging within a further 3 working days.

Do you have a shop where I can view your products?
